Episode Notes:

  • Phoebe Asks Harry and Adam To Help Her With a Case involving a Marching Band Member Who died, Due To A Hazing Ritual.
  • A Man Named Alden Claims That He was Raped By A Woman Named Cecillia, and asks Tommy To represent Him.
  • Harry, Adam, And Phoebe Gets The Client’s Side of  The Story.
  • It’s Revealed That The Band Members Aren’t Being Tried In Court Individually, But Instead, They’re All Going to Be Tried at one time.
  • It’s Revealed That Sam Is Representing a Portion Of The Band Members.
  • Sam Begins To Act Strange. (could he have suffered Severe Brain Damage, From The Nail?)
  • Harry Is Appointed As Lead Lawyer, In The Hazing Case.
  • Alden and Cecillia Each Tell Their Lawyers their side of the story.
  • Harry Asks The Judge to Throw Out the Felony Murder Rule, Which If Thrown Out, Would allow The Band’s Murder Charges to be dropped.

  • Jon Suspects That Cecillia Drugged Him. (Alden Claimed The Same Thing)
  • Alden Agrees to Not Involve The Police, If Cecillia Admits To What She Did, and Gives Him An Apology. (Cecillia Agrees To Do So)
  • (Unknown To Cecillia) Tommy Records Her Admission And States That The D.A. Will be able to make a Great Case, By Using That Evidence.
  • Alden Decides Not To Go To Court, Therefore, Tommy no longer needs the evidence
  • Harry And Sam Start To Become Friends, And Sam Asks Her Out for Drinks.

Once Upon A Time Is a Superb Series. The Show Really Seperates itself from Any Other Show Currently Airing. If You Were a Fan Of LOST, Then You Will Love Once Upon A Time. Tonight’s Episode Of The Firm Left Me Speechless. This Episode was By Far The Best and Most Exhilarating Episode Of The Season. This Show Has been Very “Foggy” and Unclear, From The Start of the Season, But Tonight’s Episode Cleared Up Everything.  If You Have not Yet Watched The Firm, Now is The Time To Do So. I Highly Recommend The Firm. Watch The Firm Live: Saturday’s at 9/8C. On NBC.

Aaron:

I completely agree with Scott that tonight put every episode and plot line into context and cleared up the story. All the twists and turns throughout the first episodes came full circle tonight. At the moment the story is now going to be the trail of Kevin Stack and will most likely will uncover Alex’s involvement, but with The Firm im sure the story will go much deep then just that as we got 7 more episodes to go.

NBC’s “Best Friends Forever” Canceled After Just 4 Episodes

NBC has pulled the plug on a comedy it wanted to succeed. The show had just two episodes left air but instead will be replaced in its time slot by more “Betty White’s Off Their Rockers”

BFF has struggled in the ratings, getting just a 1.2 in its premiere. The last two episodes got an awful 0.8 rating in contrast to its lead in “Off Their Rockers” which got a very solid 1.7 rating.

One should also note that NBC’s new drama “Awake” got that same awful 0.8 rating this week and still remains for now at least.
